Create your business website using RedTim website
Step 1: Goto https://redtim.com/ and click on “Make My Website”.
Step 2: You will be navigated to a form where you would require to fill in the essential details like - Your name, Business name, Your Mobile Number and business email id. Once you fill in click on the next button.
Step 3: In this step you would require to fill in your business address and select a category from the drop down. Once you pick a category relevant to you business, click on “Confirm”.
Step 4: Based on the your business name, the RedTim website will provide you with available domain name. You would notice, the domain name will come with “redtim.com” extension. Once you upgrade to a paid version, you can choose from multiple domain extensions (like .com, .co, .org, .net etc.) that would suit your business the best.
You are almost done. Once you click on “Create My Website Now” your business goes live.

Manage your RedTim website
In order to access your RedTim website please goto https://manage.redtim.com/ and login using your username and password.
Once you login with your credentials the following options are available to explore further.
Dashboard is the page displayed once you login to the website. Once the page is loaded you can see the following
Unique Visitors: This metric would give you the data of the total number of visitors who visited the website for the first time (Excluding repeated visitors).
Total Visits: Total number of visits which includes repeated visitors.
Business Enquiries: The metrics provide you with the insights of the Business enquiries that are sent by online visitors.
Potential Calls: Potential calls are the total number of clicks on your contact number through the mobile site.
Address Views: The number of times your address has been viewed.
Subscribers: Total number of people who have subscribed for your content.
The RedTim website comes with an inbuilt analytics tool. You can quickly get an overview of your online performance directly from your RedTim website dashboard.
Business Enquiries: If a customer has any query or needs to inquire about your business, they have a choice to post a question on your website. The customer would need to enter details like phone number or email address giving you the flexibility to contact him either through the phone number or email address provided.
Calls: You can keep track of a total number of calls received along with the missed calls. Received calls have the complete voice recordings to ensure no details are missed. Missed calls are saved with the number of the caller.
Search: You can analyze the search keywords used by the customer to look up the website. Based on this RedTim will provide you with the keywords for the future updates.
Social: Once you link the website to the Facebook page, in social analytics, you can see the number of customers who liked and shared your post on the Facebook page.
Subscribers: There is an option on the website where customers can provide their email address and subscribe to receive all the updates. The email address of the customer is added to the subscriber list. You can add your customers also to the subscription list by providing their email address. An automatic email is sent to the customers based on the updates made on your website.
Business Profile: On my business profile page, you can add/edit information about your business like business name, description, category, location, contact details, work timings etc.
Updates: On updates, you can see all the new posts and number views for each content which has been posted on the website. To create a new post- Click on the updates tab, and then click on post update.
The page will be navigated to a screen where you can create a new relevant to your business. Your site health should be at least more than 80%.
Some important points to be noted are:
Try to post new content at least thrice a week. When search engines see fresh content more often on your website, they will start recognizing your site for the specific keywords relevant to your business in your location.
Avoid using special characters, phone numbers and location names in your updates. Visitors can find all these details on your Contact us page. Create posts, blogs, articles and so on that are engaging and useful for your customers.
Images: In the photo gallery, you can upload pictures related to your business. Images fall into the following categories:
Feature images support JPEG, PNG and GIF file formats. For high-quality and definition, the size of the image should be below 1MB and width of the image should not exceed 1500px.
You can upload of unlimited bulk images of unlimited relevant to your business. You can use them later in your post if needed.
Logo image support JPEG, PNG and GIF file formats. For best experience square images are recommended. Image size should be less than 400 KB and dimensions should not exceed 400px (width) and 400px (height).
Background images support JPEG, PNG and GIF file formats. For best experience the image size should be below 500KB and dimensions should not exceed 2000px (width) and 1250px (height).
Favicon images support JPEG, PNG and GIF file formats. For best experience square images are recommended. Image size should be below 400 KB and dimensions should not exceed 200px (width) and 200px (height).
You can add unlimited custom pages like About us, Testimonials, etc.
You can add unlimited custom pages like About us, Testimonials, etc. The About us section is the essential part of your website. When people come to your site, they would know about you before they decide to invest in your business. Consider creating an "About us" page that would highlight your story and would encourage them to make a purchase.
Click on Add New Page to create a new page. Once you update the content, click on create.
Under sharing, you can link your website to Facebook, Facebook page, Facebook shop and Twitter
By default, the system will consider the logo as an image for the updates posted on Facebook Profile. For the updates on Facebook, page images will be displayed along with relevant content that the customer publishes through Add a New Update.
Domain and Email:
Under this tab, you can book a new domain and also you can book the three business email IDs based on the domain you have reserved from Manage portal or link the existing domain to your RedTim website. Domain once booked cannot be changed. (need a screenshot from a paid account)
Under this tab you will be able to change password for your login.
